- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely terrible company! Pre booked a taxi to take us and collect us for our Christmas party. When collecting us they never turned up, rang them and they said they didn’t have a booking even though we’d pre booked and taken the guys name when we did, then hung up on us. Second time we rang them they said they’re send a car, eventually got picked up an hour after we’d booked. Asked to make sure that they definitely had our booking for taking us home and they said yes. Then when it came to 12:00 to be picked up from the venue no one turned up again, tried ringing them and they said they didn’t have our booking and kept hanging up the phone. Eventually ended up picking us up over 1hour later than we had Booked with them! Will never use them again. Didn’t even apologise!By livmoore, June 17, 2018
